    Open the invitation

    Use the direct link your pool admin sends. It carries the private invite code into the app for you.

    Create and confirm your account

    Create your free Extra Time account, open the confirmation email, then sign in.

    Join the private pool

    Open My pool. Confirm the invite code is filled in, then choose Join pool.

  4. 4
    Make your seven picks

    Open My bracket. Pick four quarter-final winners, two semi-final winners, and the champion. If the last matchup says TBD, return after the final Round-of-16 games finish.

    Refresh before locking

    Reload the page once and confirm your picks are still selected. This checks account-backed saving.

  6. 6
    Lock the bracket

    When all seven picks are ready, choose Lock bracket before the displayed deadline. Locked picks cannot be edited.

  7. 7
    Follow the competition

    Use Results for official scores and Leaderboard for pool points. Quarter-finals are worth 1 each, semi-finals 2 each, and the champion 4.
